      Many medicinal herbs are threatened by habitat destruction, either through destruction or disruption of habitat, or by destruction during development. One of our goals is to create a mechanism whereby developers, real estate agents, and local government agencies can contact us prior to development so that we can scout the area, and if necessary (with the landowner's permission), transplant any threatened native species to a sanctuary prior to development.
